Eligibility Requirements for Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Competition 2026
- Applicants must be proud Pakistani citizens currently living and working within Pakistan.
- Applicants bring a wealth of experience between 8 to 18 years of solid professional background in their field.
- Applicants must have successfully completed at least 16 years of formal education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or higher).

Who Cannot Apply?

- Candidates holding dual U.S. and Pakistan citizenship are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates with a spouse, parent, or child over the age of 18 who is a U.S. citizen are not eligible.
- Candidates who have studied at a U.S. university within the past 7 years are not eligible for this opportunity.
- Candidates who have lived or worked long-term in the United States during the last 5 years are not eligible.
