Fellowship by Poynter and Google News Initiative Misinformation 2023 is open now. In collaboration with Poynter, Google News Initiative has started a student fellowship program with a focus on eliminating misleading and inaccurate data in local areas. Fellows can report on the regional developments in disinformation, produce video content, do research for stories or projects, or perform other duties that assist local newsrooms and help communities become less susceptible to misinformation. Fellows will work at a local newsroom on a project to stop the spread of false information in their respective communities.

Eligibility Criteria of Fellowship by Poynter and Google News Initiative Misinformation 2023
- Aspirants must be register in any well-organized university or college.
- Candidates will get a chance to work in USA.
- If host newsroom requires, applicants will be able to work in person.
- Age of applicants should be at least 18 Years by 01 January, 2023.
