The IUCN Leaders Forum 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland is currently open for applications, marking the third edition of this prestigious event. Previous editions were held in South Korea, followed by Switzerland. This forum serves as a gathering point for youth, leaders, and changemakers from across the globe, converging to discuss and devise innovative solutions for pressing environmental challenges, with a focus on achieving global goals for nature and climate. The event will take place in Geneva from October 7th to 11th, 2024, and has drawn over 500 participants from more than 70 countries to date. Notably, there is no requirement for IELTS, and no application fee is involved.
IUCN will cover all expenses, including flight tickets. The forum offers a unique platform for youth, changemakers, and innovators actively engaged in designing or implementing nature conservation or biodiversity projects in their communities. Participants will have the opportunity to present and pitch their projects to speakers, innovators, and global leaders attending the event.
