Eligibility Criteria of HEC Chinese Government Scholarship 2025
- Be a citizen of Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
- Have 12 years of schooling (FA/FSc or equivalent A-level).
- Meet the age and education requirements for your program:
- Undergraduate: under 25 years with 12 years of education
- Master’s: under 35 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- Doctoral: under 40 years with a Master’s degree

- Register and fill out your profile on the HEC online application portal.
- Select “Learning Opportunities Abroad” and submit your application.
- Print and sign the submitted application.
- Update your HEC profile with the latest email/cell number and information.
- HEC online application portal closes on December 9, 2024 (23:59 PM Pakistan Time).
- Submit HAT test (Masters & PhD) and USAT test (Undergraduate) applications separately.
- Submit an online application at the CSC web portal.
- Select Program Type: A, Agency No. 5861.
- Download, print, and sign the submitted application form from the CSC portal.
