Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship in Russia by Higher School of Economics 2024
- International high school graduates are also welcome to apply.
- All participants must be under the age of 30.
- International citizens (non-Russian), stateless persons, or Russian nationals living abroad are eligible to participate.
- Participants must be currently enrolled in:
- Grades 10-11 of high schools for 11-year programs
- Grades 11-12 for 12-year programs
