The KFAS-Salzburg Global Leadership Initiative 2024 is a fully funded week-long seminar that brings together mid-career professionals from diverse fields and backgrounds to address global challenges. The program, held in Salzburg, Austria from December 4-8, 2024, aims to equip Korean and international leaders with the necessary skills to navigate our rapidly changing world.
This initiative provides a unique platform for leaders to share knowledge, experiences, and innovative ideas to tackle global and local issues. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities to develop action plans and build lasting connections. Mid-career professionals aged between 30-40 years, from diverse fields and backgrounds, including academia, business, public sector, and civil society, are encouraged to apply. A total of 15 Korean nationals and 20 international applicants will be selected, with all expenses, including transportation, meals, and accommodation, covered with the support of KFAS. This program offers a valuable opportunity for leaders to develop their skills, build a global network, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
