- Nationality: Not a U.S. citizen
- English Proficiency: Willing to take Duolingo, TOEFL, or IELTS (if selected as semi-finalist/finalist)
- Age: 26-39 years old (as of November 13, 2024)
- Citizenship: Citizen of an eligible country
- Residency: Currently living and working in home country
- Experience: At least 2 years in community development (full-time, part-time, or volunteer)
