  • There are no exceptions for contest, review, or charges-free courses. Remember that 3 Unit Co-op is not a categorized progress.
  • A students is entitled for scholarship, if he/she with a handicap is registered in at least 6 divisions of regular graded courses and satisfies all other qualifying conditions.
  • A letter from SFU’s Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL) should submitted by students which state that they are enrolled with the Centre at the stage of application (CAL).
  • To apply for scholarship at SFU, students should have completed 12 units of grade courses on daily bases. At SFU students should have 3.50 cumulative grade point average. Throughout application epoch, be registered in minimum 12 units of regular categorized courses at SFU.
  • To mention to the Leading States, Métis, and Inuit inhabits of Canada, “Indigenous immigrates of Canada” is used. Certain economic assistance is reserved completely for Indigenous pupils.
  • A student is disallowed for any sponsored scholarship from other universities who has been awarded with SFU entry scholarship until the entrance fee from scholarship has been entirely charged. Several duration in which an admission scholarship is suspended is shielded through this strategy.

  • To apply online for scholarship you should log in to the to the official link  Student Information System (go.sfu.ca).
  • From list, you should click on  “Student Center”
  • For more information you should select Financial Aid and Awards.
  • From given list, click on “Apply for Scholarships/Awards”.
  • You should design a list of scholarships or award for which you want to apply.
  • After filling out, propel in your application.
  • As soon as feasible, Set up Direct Deposit   (managed by the Student Accounts Office) to collect any reimbursements you may be qualified for.
  • Both the SFU Employee Tuition Waiver and the SFU Undergraduate Open Scholarship express support for your SFU tuition payments. Both can help you with money up to the cost of your tuition. In week 3 of the term, the SFU Undergraduate Open Scholarship is applied to your Student Account. The money for the Open Undergraduate Scholarship does not cover the entire cost of your tuition. As a result, the SFU Employee Tuition Waiver will be applied later (typically in week 5 after the start of school) and will cover the remaining tuition payments.
  • For example, if your tuition is $2500 and you receive a $1200 Open Scholarship, the remaining $1300 will be covered by the SFU Employee Tuition Waiver.
